My wife Susan and I purchased a home in Lake Fantasia in December 2003. We enjoy the evenings on our deck overlooking the lake. We are very happy to be living in a quiet community with some of the best homeowners you could possibly imagine. Add in some great fishing and it doesn’t get any better than this. We would like to thank you and your courteous staff for making us feel so welcomed.

We sold our home in Beach Park, wanted to downsize, so we searched the county for the perfect place out of the city and somewhat in the country to put a manufactured home on. That's how we found Lake Fantasia! Our home on the cul-de-sac had everything we wanted so we decided to purchase it instead of spec'ing out a different lot and home. We enjoy the neighborhood and nature abounds with fish, eagles, white pelicans, wood storks, sand cranes, blue cranes, wild peacock.....It Is A Regular "Bird of Paradise" here at Lake Fantasia. And we are proud to call it home. |

Winner, "What I Like Most About Lake Fantasia" Shirley and Dwayne Kerbo Lake Fantasia has truly become a home to me. As an older, retired citizen of the community, I enjoy the lake on the property. With my own small boat, it allows me to fish and relax while never leaving the proximity of my own back door. During the weekend, I am able to invite my family and grandchildren over to enjoy the amenities that our community has to offer. My grandchildren can play in the pool, while us older folks can fish and barbecue, Each night, I sit on my porch and enjoy the quiet and peacefulness that I might not have found in another community. I am able to sit for hours on my porch reading and watching television while chatting with the occasional neighbor that walks past. The neighborhood children play during the day, but seem to stay very respectful of their elder neighbors. There are many good things I could say about the community but I believe the most accurate would be to say that in coming to Lake Fantasia I have found a place to call home. |
